Stuart Gallacher, Business Development Director for JWP Solutions has worked for several accountancy practices over the year’s specialising in serving the small to medium sized business market. Having worked with clients in a diverse array of industries from pension funds to retail organisations, Stuart is able to leverage this experience to best meet the needs of his Clients.
With a focus on business consulting and management accountancy, Stuart creates a collaborative approach with each client in order to fully meet and exceed their individual requirements.
As Business Development Director, Stuart’s role within JWP Solutions is to engage with prospective clients and see how JWP Solutions can best serve their needs. From informal chat to long-term financial planning, Stuart strives to develop and “work with” new and existing clients to enhance their business and bottom line profitability.
The recent downturn in the economy has seen many small and medium sized firms struggle to keep pace and afloat with the increased pressure on revenues and costs. My aim is to help build the control and accounting framework around a clients business whilst actively working in partnership to maximise avenues to enhance profitability. - Stuart Gallacher.
